What cookies we use on skywebdesign.uk, why, and how to change your choices at any time.

Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device. Some are essential for the site to work; others are optional and only used if you say yes. We try hard to use as few as possible.
1. Our approach
We use a “consent first” approach:
- Strictly necessary cookies load automatically, without these, the site wouldn’t work. UK law doesn’t require consent for these.
- All other cookies (analytics, preferences) are only set if you accept them via the banner.
- We don’t use advertising cookies. We don’t remarket. We don’t share data with advertisers.
2. Your choices
You made a choice in the banner the first time you visited. To change it:
- Reset your cookie choice, clicking this will make the banner reappear.
- Or manage cookies directly in your browser’s settings. See aboutcookies.org for guidance across browsers.
Blocking all cookies won’t break the site, we’ve tested it.

If in future we add any cookie-based analytics or tracking, we’ll list them here and seek fresh consent.
- Google Fonts, we self-host where possible. When loaded from Google, no cookies are set but your IP is seen by Google.
- Vimeo, privacy-first embed (no cookies until playback). See Vimeo’s cookie policy.
4. Do Not Track
We respect your browser’s “Do Not Track” (DNT) setting. If DNT is enabled, we treat it as a signal to leave optional cookies off, even if our banner is clicked by accident.
