Plugin modules

Built for prayer-time publishing at scale.

The plugin is more than a small widget. It handles the full route from city setup and calculation rules through frontend display, PDF generation, SEO output, REST endpoints, CSV approval flows and analytics.

City prayer pages

The `prayer_city` post type stores city, country, coordinates, timezone, elevation and SEO-friendly URLs, with country validation and root-level URL fallbacks.

Calculation engine

Supports 45+ worldwide calculation methods, madhhab selection, high-latitude rules, custom angles and per-prayer adjustments.

CSV-approved times

Admins can upload mosque-approved CSV files with smart column detection, iqamah columns, month management, preview, editing and CSV-only display rules.

Monthly timetable widget

Elementor widgets cover monthly tables, split timetable layouts, mobile today views, prayer data blocks, city search and mobile wallpaper generation.

PDF timetables

Public and admin PDF generation uses the city's selected month, CSV-only availability when enabled, and calculation fallback when uploaded data is not required.

Cache and cleanup

Prayer data is cached by city and date, invalidated when city data changes and cleaned by scheduled tasks so large city libraries stay responsive.

SEO and schema

City pages can output dynamic titles, meta descriptions, Open Graph tags, Twitter cards, geo meta, breadcrumbs and prayer-time structured data.

Hijri date support

Frontend responses and widgets can include Hijri dates with a controlled global adjustment, useful for Ramadan, Eid and local calendar alignment.

Analytics tracking

Download analytics track PDF and wallpaper activity by city, download type, device information and privacy-safe hashed IP for admin reporting.
How it works

Calculated when possible. Approved when needed.

The plugin uses a clear data priority: mosque-approved CSV times first, cached calculated times second, fresh astronomical calculation third. That keeps published times both trusted and fast.

Publishing flow

01

Create the city

Add the city post, country, coordinates, timezone and optional elevation so each location has its own source of truth.
02

Choose calculation rules

Use the global method or city overrides for method, madhhab, high-latitude handling, custom angles and time adjustments.
03

Upload approved CSV

For mosques with signed-off timetables, import CSV rows with prayer and iqamah times and restrict display to uploaded months.
04

Publish widgets and PDFs

Drop Elementor widgets into pages, expose REST data and let visitors download monthly PDFs or mobile wallpapers.

FAQ

Questions before a product demo.

Yes. A city can use CSV override times with prayer and iqamah columns. When override data exists, the plugin uses the uploaded CSV first, then falls back to cached or calculated times only when allowed.

Yes. The plugin registers a `prayer_city` post type with city metadata, country taxonomy, optional URL base, SEO handling, Open Graph tags, geo meta and structured data for city prayer-time pages.

The calculation engine supports 30+ worldwide methods, Shafi or Hanafi Asr handling, high-latitude rules, custom Fajr and Isha angles, midnight mode, elevation, timezone and prayer-specific adjustments.

Yes. The PDF generator supports public and admin downloads. In CSV-only mode it can restrict downloads to months that actually have uploaded data, which is useful for mosque-approved monthly schedules.

Yes. It uses a city/date cache table, scheduled cleanup, REST rate limiting and AJAX endpoints so city pages, widgets and downloads do not need to recalculate every request.

Yes. Each city has an iCal/webcal subscription feed that works with Apple Calendar, Google Calendar and Outlook, plus a one-click “Add to calendar” button.

Yes. CSV imports support both adhan and iqamah times (as HH:MM or +minutes), shown alongside the calculated times.

Fonts and scripts are self-hosted with no third-party requests, and city pages, PDFs, the REST API and the iCal feed all work without Elementor.
